You will receive the same model as a completely reworked and checked used device in exchange for your defective existing model at a preferential price. The warranty on the replacement device is 1 year.
After receiving the replacement device, hand over the old device to UPS for return within 5 working days.
If we do not receive your old device back as agreed, we unfortunately have to charge a flat rate of EUR 1.250.00.
