Shipping and payment terms

We deliver within Germany to the billing address or to the different delivery address specified on the order.
The delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, if not other has been specified, after your order, if your delivery
address is correct and we have received the payment.
Delivery costs
Regardless of the number of parcels within Germany, delivery is free of charge, as is explicitly stated for each article.
The same applies to deliveries within the EU (mainland without islands).
If the article ordered is an exchange device, the return transport of the specified article to be exchanged is included
in the sales price. This must be returned within five working days.
For packages weighing more than 35kg, please report to our hotline that your return is ready for collection and we will
arrange for you the pick-up at your location.
To do this, simply use the packaging of the delivered item and refer to the enclosed information document for
further information on returning the item.
Delivery
For our deliveries, we work together only with professional forwarders who deliver your order quickly and securely
and make your return of the material particularly as simple as possible for you.
